Pedalin’ On

Marcia and I have been rededicating ourselves to losing weight. It has been a while since we have been this determined to shed the access poundage. We both worked out everyday this week, and have kept track of our diets and what we are eating. Its important for us to stay on top of our health as Will is getting older and faster, and he isn’t slowing down… at all… I’ve asked.

So today M went to the gym with Will and I took a bike ride (I think about 15 miles). I am kinda feeling it right now as I didn’t stretch as much as I should have. We also had a pretty healthy breakfast, and lunch. Dinner was another thing entirely. We had burgers and fries with our friends Mark and Lisa who just celebrated the arrival of their baby (only 2 days old). Tomorrow we will have to work off wait we undone tonight.

As for the rest of the night, its movie night. M is on the way to get the flick. Tomorrow, its back to work.
